- Execute high-throughput small-scale protein expression and flow cytometry workflows to characterize antibody samples.
- Support antibody screening programs by expressing antibodies in mammalian cells in high-throughput, thenstaining cell surface markers with high-throughput flow cytometry.
- Analyze, interpret, and present expression and flow data to inform antibody selection and optimization decisions.
- Independently troubleshoot and optimize experimental protocols for improved throughput, accuracy, and reproducibility.
- Maintain meticulous experimental records in electronic lab notebooks and effectively communicate findings in internal meetings.
